Duy Tan University is ranked in the top 51-100 by World University Rankings in the field of
Tourism & Leisure Service Management.
This year's QS rankings look at data from nearly 1,600 higher education institutions around the
world. There are 54 fields in 5 ranked fields, of which Duy Tan University participates in 3
major fields: Engineering & Technology, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences &
Administration, and all in the world. Vietnam's leading position.
Duy Tan University's success in the field of tourism stems from its efforts to accredit training
quality, promote international cooperation, strengthen research and develop many disciplines in

Since more than a decade ago, Duy Tan University has focused on a new direction of
cooperating with prestigious universities in the world to receive and transfer the best quality
training programs to students. Specifically, it signed a contract with Pennsylvania State
University (PSU), one of the top 50 economic and business administration schools in the US and
one of the top 5 tourism training schools in the world. Cooperation has helped students studying
in advanced PSU-standard programs at Duy Tan University to receive from 19 to 21 course
completion certificates issued by PSU itself.
Tourism students can study directly with lecturers from Pennsylvania State University and many
other foreign lecturers. Along with that is a complete and diverse ecosystem for students to study
and practice such as: a hotel with a full-star sample room, a convention center, a UTravel travel
company, a Ponsty cafe. ..
Currently, the School of Tourism (HTi), Duy Tan University, has expanded training in a variety
of professions in the fields of: Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism Service Management,
Event Management, Tourism, Management Restaurant & Catering Services. Two training
programs of International Hotel Management and International Restaurant Management have
passed the TedQual accreditation standards of the World Tourism Organization-UNWTO,
satisfying 91.2% of all criteria.
In order to promote activities in the field of tourism, Duy Tan University also expands
cooperation and becomes a member of many international organizations such as: World Tourism
Organization (UNWTO), Asia Travel Association- Pacific (PATA), Asia-Pacific Tourism
Association (APTA), World Association of Tourism & Service Education and Training
(AMFORHT).
In addition, the university cooperates with many leading universities such as Hong Kong
Polytechnic University, the world's top school in Tourism & Hospitality training, or famous
hotels/resorts and travel agencies.
As a result, tourism students of Duy Tan University can participate in the Global Student
Exchange Program to acquire professional knowledge, practice "soft" skills, improve their
