The most recent is the picture "Messages", inspired at a time when the whole country is "stretching" to repel the COVID-19 epidemic, when everyone uses messages to exchange information, buy selling goods, ... then it has become a habit of everyone in today's life, especially for modern women.
This work was highly appreciated by the Arts Council and awarded an A in Fine Arts at the 2022 Literary and Art Awards.
The idea of the picture "Messages" originates from the time of the COVID-19 epidemic, when all industries and sectors transmit information through online forms, or conversations and work exchanges. or buy goods, book tickets, transfer money, etc. are all through messages.
In this painting, artist Thanh Phuong used arylic color material to create pieces and contrasting colors. The combination of flexible and gentle lines in a harmonious green space, in line with the stated theme, clearly shows the softness but strength of the characters, helping the painting to become realistic and alive. more active.
"Modern women are the image that I choose to convey my ideas into my paintings. They are educated, strong and decisive, always self-reliant and independent. The beauty of women. Over time, a woman dares to step out of binding prejudices and chooses to step out into society to assert herself.
They know how to care for their health, physique, know how to take care of their clothes to create a breakthrough, to comfortably express their own personality, especially when there are accessories to follow. In particular, the phone is indispensable in today's life. 'Message' in particular and technology in general are helping women solve jobs, connect with friends and create the life they want. And they are confident with what they have. That, in my opinion, makes life and society fun, soft and beautiful. The painting also provides suggestions for each person to think for themselves based on their own life and desires," said artist Thanh Phuong.
