With the spirit of pride and honor for the medical profession, and marking an important moment for medical students preparing to enter clinical practice at the hospital, on the afternoon of April 11, 2023, in hall 613 , K7/25 Quang Trung campus, the Faculty of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Medicine organized the program: "White Blouse Reception Ceremony" for students of K26 of the Faculty of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery.

 

"White Blouse Relay Ceremony" is considered a traditional activity, a very typical cultural feature of the medical industry in the world, organized for medical students in the first days of preparing to enter the medical environment. Practical internship, direct contact with patients.

Furthermore, this ceremony is also the beginning of a journey for future doctors. Through the image of a white blouse, the school and teachers want to remind their students about medical responsibilities and ethics. We hope that when students wear this shirt, they will wear it on their bodies. I am responsible for life and death, the moments of sweat and tears mixed together, but I am also deeply proud of the medical profession.

The Ceremony was very honored to welcome Prof. Dr. BS. Tran Huu Dang - Principal of the School of Medicine and Pharmacy, PhD. Hoang Ha - Vice Principal of School of Medicine and Pharmacy, MSc. BSNT. Nguyen Ha Quoc Trung - Vice Chairman of the Faculty of Dentistry, lecturers of the Departments of the Faculty of Dentistry and all students K26 of the Faculty of Dentistry.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Duy Tan University School of Medicine and Pharmacy, Prof.Dr.BS. Tran Huu Dang advised students to equip themselves with the necessary knowledge, attitudes and skills before entering clinical practice. Medical students, in particular, must always put patient safety and physician ethics first, and dedicate themselves to serving and helping patients. Besides, MSc.BSNT.
