DUY TAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WON 2 CONSOLATION PRIZES AT THE 'BRILLIANT POLAND' PAINTING COMPETITION


The works of Duy Tan University students and many other outstanding works of the competition were displayed at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi from October 28 - November 1, 2023 for people and Tourists admire.

Using pen and watercolor to create impressive paintings to recreate the beauty of Poland, two students of Duy Tan University are:

Nguyen Anh Tai, and Nguyen Huu Phung was awarded the Consolation Prize by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi during the Award Ceremony and Exhibition of works of the "Polish Brilliant" painting competition on October 28, 2023 at Nhau Art Studio, Hanoi.

"Brilliant Poland" is a painting competition with the desire to inspire and encourage artists to explore the diversity of heritage, natural beauty and people of Poland organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland. organized in Hanoi. Trying their hand at a big playground for the first time, Nguyen Anh Tai - a student of Civil Architecture and Nguyen Huu Phung - a student of Graphic Design at Duy Tan University have made their names with unique and impressive works. statue. Using pen and watercolor to recreate the beauty of Poland in a delicate and creative way, the works of Duy Tan University students attracted attention and appreciation from a jury of artists. Famous artists such as: artist Pham Binh Chuong, artist Nguyen Ngoc Quan, Polish-Vietnamese painter Minh Dam, artist Nguyen Ngoc Phuong - Chairman of Hanoi Watercolor Artists Club.

With the work "Wet Monday" by Nguyen Huu Phung, inspired by the traditional Polish water festival called "Śmigus-dyngus", student Nguyen Huu Phung has shown one of the long-standing traditional beauty of Poland through his delicate drawings.

With the work "Excursions to Poland", student Nguyen Anh Tai created a very unique picture by integrating 3 iconic architectural works of Poland: Wawel Gothic Church, Wawel House, Church of Saint Adalbert and the Acropolis in Zamość. Not only does it combine harmonious colors and rationality in the composition of the work, "Excursions to Poland" also highlights and enhances the beauty of Polish architectural works.
