Duy Tan University Signs MOU with Daedong Hospital and Daedong University (South Korea)

Expanding connections in the healthcare sector while strengthening cooperation in education, research, and academic exchange were the key highlights of the cooperation agreements signed by Duy Tan University with Daedong Hospital and Daedong University (South Korea) on the morning of August 27, 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Enkhbold Namuunzul from the International Medical Center at Daedong Hospital expressed her deep admiration for Duy Tan University’s efforts to build a modern educational environment and expand international connections. She noted that this meeting marked a meaningful beginning for both parties to better understand each other's strengths, needs, and shared values. Ms. Namuunzul expressed her hope that, following the signing ceremony, the ideas and goodwill for cooperation would soon be translated into concrete activities yielding positive, long-term results for both sides.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Duy Tan University and Daedong Hospital (Busan), the two parties agreed to promote healthcare-related exchanges and cooperation while gradually building a long-term partnership based on mutual respect, trust, and goodwill. Furthermore, the two entities committed to enhancing information sharing and exchanging views on healthcare sector developments and issues of mutual interest, as well as implementing suitable forms of collaboration to foster their shared growth.

Tran Huu Dang, Vice Provost of Duy Tan University, shared: “Duy Tan University is deeply honored to officially sign agreements with Daedong University and Daedong Hospital from South Korea. We are confident that the partnerships established today will flourish and deepen in the future. In particular, we hope to intensify collaborative projects in scientific research, medical technology transfer, and academic exchange, thereby jointly creating outstanding educational and healthcare value for the community.”

Alongside the healthcare collaboration, the signing of an Academic Cooperation Agreement between Duy Tan University and Daedong University marked another significant milestone of the event. Under this agreement, the two institutions will focus on core activities such as facilitating student exchanges to allow learners to interact and experience an advanced educational environment, as well as exchanging faculty and administrative staff to share experiences and enhance management capabilities and teaching methodologies.

 

Furthermore, Duy Tan University and Daedong University will collaborate on joint research projects and co-organize lectures, conferences, seminars, and academic discussions. They have also committed to sharing documentation and scientific publications to enrich the resources available for education and training.

 

These meaningful connections pave the way for a partnership that promises to open up numerous opportunities for in-depth study and research, while empowering students and faculty to confidently develop their capabilities within an international medical and academic environment.
